Returns Information
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Internet order, you can return it to us for a refund, so long as you send it back unworn and in perfect condition within seven days.
We cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items, so we strongly recommend that you return items recorded delivery.
We are unable to offer a refund on unwanted goods purchased at discounted prices from promotional offers.
Refunds cannot be given on goods purchased at charity fairs and sales – we are happy to exchange the goods or issue a credit note if necessary. Returns on faulty goods must also be made within 7 days, they will be replaced with the same item.
